Product Returns

Return Policy 2023

1. All items must be returned within a 14 day period.

2. All items returned within 14 days, we will offer an exchange (or) full refund by the same method you had made your original purchase.

3. All items returned from 14 to 30 days, we will extend a store credit which can be used within 90 days of your return.

4. After 30 days, we will no longer offer a refund of any kind. However, at the discretion of the management, if determined that the item(s) are still in "new" condition as when purchased, management may offer an even exchange for merchandise. No refund given for the difference.

5. Please Note: No items shall be returned for refund or exchange if management determines item(s) are:

 1) Damaged in any way (or)  2) Items are no longer in "new" condition.

6. In the event that items are no longer available, the ownership/management can choose to:

1) Order item(s) in for customer if available  2) Exchange for an equal or higher priced item(s)  3) Issue a store credit valid for 3 months  4) As final option, offer a refund for the original sales price of item(s).
